Questions, answered
Straight answers about buying one of our homes or selling your property to us.
Who owns the homes on this website?
Every home listed here is owned by Nouvell Realty, so you deal directly with the owner from your first visit to the closing table.
Can I see a home before making an offer?
Yes. Call us or send a message from the home's page and we will set up a time that works for you.
Should I get pre-approved before I start looking?
Yes. A pre-approval tells you what you can comfortably spend and makes your offer stronger. We can point you to trusted local lenders.
What is the difference between a co-op and a condo?
With a condo you own your unit outright. With a co-op you own shares in a corporation that owns the building, and the co-op board must approve your purchase. Co-ops are often priced lower, while condos usually have fewer restrictions.
What kind of properties do you buy?
Homes across Queens and Long Island, in any condition. Call us or send the address and a few details, and we will tell you quickly whether it is a fit.
Do I have to make repairs before selling to you?
No. We look at the property as it is, so there is nothing to fix, clean out or stage first.
Which areas do you cover?
We buy and sell throughout Queens, including Hollis, Jamaica Estates, Queens Village, Fresh Meadows, Bayside, Forest Hills, Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens and Flushing, as well as nearby Long Island.
